Registration Terms & Conditions
All registrations are made subject to the terms and conditions of US Drinks Conference as set out below:
Payment is required at the time of registration. In all cases when payment is not received before the event, we reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.
Methods of Payment
Payments are accepted in multiple currencies and may be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex).
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions, refreshments, full conference documentation on the day plus access to the conference presentations post event. The fee also covers attendance at the conference reception.
A folder is provided at the event containing all speaker presentations where available. One copy is made available for each paying delegate. Due to reasons beyond the control of US Drinks Conference, not all speaker presentations are available before the event and the provision of presentations is at the discretion of our speakers. Following the conference, a unique conference passcode is emailed to delegates and the proceedings can then be accessed on the US Drinks Conference website. Please allow 5 working days for this to arrive.
Overnight accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, The New York Helmsley Hotel is hosting the event and is offering a room rate of $220, a substantial savings verses the standard rate. It is necessary to contact the hotel directly to make reservations. This rate is only available to U.S. Drinks Conference registrants. It is advisable to book early as availability and this rate are not guaranteed beyond September 10, 2010.
Travel is not included in the conference fee. It is the responsibility of the attendee to make their way to the conference venue in adequate time. US Drinks Conference is not liable for any delays or non-attendance resulting from delayed or suspended transportation.
Cancellations received in writing by August 31, 2010 will be refunded in full less an administration charge of $50. Notice of cancellation must be received in writing and submitted by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to

Substitutions and Name Changes
Substitutions are acceptable at any time. To inform us of a name change, please email email@example.com.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the conference organizers to alter the venue, content or the timing of the program. We will endeavor to keep you abreast of such changes but any reasonable change to the conference format will not constitute a reason to refund the conference fee. Should the event be postponed, we will endeavor to reschedule the event. If, for reasons beyond the control of US Drinks Conference, an event is cancelled, a full refund will be made. We are not liable to pay any incurred costs resulting from any postponement or cancellation.
