John Muldoon is a co-founder and Managing Partner of HighNote Ventures LLC. For over 25 years, John has served as Executive/CFO for a number of prominent wall street firms such as Salomon Brothers, Caxton Corp., Perry Corp. and IntraLinks (co-founder) as well as a number of smaller private firms. John has co-founded 5 companies in the last 10 years. John has successfully launched, funded and developed a number of financial and non financial companies. His current company HighNote Ventures provides venture development, advisory and transactions services for a diverse group of industries. John has an MBA from Pace University and is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
