Executive Vice President of Communication & Corporate Affairs, Crown Imports LLC

Jim Ryan is the Executive Vice President of Communication & Corporate Affairs for Crown Imports LLC. Jim’s responsibilities include oversight for all government, trade and industry affairs. Jim is also responsible for managing all external and internal communications, to include the Company’s public relations efforts and Corporate Social Responsibility initiative. This position has responsibility and oversight for the implementation of the Company’s Strategic Plan. Jim’s previous roles with the Company included, Executive Vice President, Corporate Planning, and Chief Executive Officer of the Monarch Import Company, (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Barton Beers, predecessor to Crown Imports). Jim is currently the Chairman of the National Association of Beverage Importers (NABI), an all-industry alcohol beverage trade association and a member of the Beer Institute’s Management Committee. Jim joined Barton Beers, Ltd., the predecessor to Crown Imports, in June of 1988, as Director of Administration. Jim’s career in the beer industry began with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. He also worked for the Pabst Brewing Company and G. Heileman Brewing Company, where he held various senior level field sales management positions. Jim is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin system.
